At home, he held several important and prominent positions like Chief Consultant and Associate Professor in Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology and Senior Consultant Cardiac Surgeon at Fortis-Escorts New Delhi, among others.

Further, he has been honoured by the Govt of Rajasthan under CM Vasundra Raje with the “Certificate of Excellence” for distinguished work in Organ Transplantation.
